Clear the content of a file on Linux, Unix

For whom want to clear the content of a file, you can use these commands below :

1. # cat /dev/null > your_file_name

Ex : # cat /dev/null > access.log

2. # echo -n > your_file_name

Ex : # echo -n > access.log

3. cat /dev/null > your_file_name

Ex : # cat /dev/null > access.log
